With five major marketing groups, DIAGNOSTIC REAGENTS, RESEARCH REAGENTS, SPECIALITY PRODUCTS, WATER ENVIRONMENT CONTROLS and LICENSING, VERITAS as a whole has accumulated over 13,000 detailed customer databases, which is managed by the ONYX Customer Relation Management Program. Technically qualified and with strong business training, the Marketing and Sales staff at VERITAS can handle and face all the challenges presented by the International Biotechnology growth and the technically demanding nature of the products.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

With VERITAS committed to offer advanced biotechnology products, our trust has to be reinforced by high quality technical service and efficient communication with customers and suppliers. Laboratory at VERITAS, we are able to perform quality control as needed and in the case of products claims, duplication can be performed. These commitments build further trust and confidence with customers and suppliers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having the capability of storing 6000 products at VERITAS at temperatures from -80℃ to +5℃, we are able to maintain the correct storage conditions, which are monitored by alarm system and careful inspections, the product integrity can be guaranteed. All of the orders received by customers can be delivered within 24 hours. All appropriate licenses for import, handling and sale of biotechnology products, including infectious and hazardous materials and medical products are available at VERITAS.
